Eric joined Northwest Wealth Strategies in 2020 after 16 years in the Banking industry. As a banker, Eric enjoyed working with business owners helping them manage their cash flow, lending and foreign exchange needs, payroll and many other day-to-day services.  Eric changed his career path to follow his passion for helping individuals prepare for their future and felt that this could extend beyond his limited scope as a banker.  He takes pride in developing a strong network of business professionals, from CPAs to attorneys and Consultants to Business Brokers. 


As part of the Northwest Wealth Strategies team, Eric works with individuals, families and business owners to successfully plan for retirement and protect and preserve their estate. Our focus is on providing tax efficient wealth transfer and distribution strategies. Eric works closely with his clients to ensure that his recommendations are client-focused and in line with their goals and values. Eric works with business owners on deferred compensation and executive bonus plans as well as buy/sell agreements and succession planning.

Credentials (CEPA)

Eric holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) designation and focuses on maximizing business value, driving income, and integrating the owners personal financial planning with business objectives. Exit planning is simply good business strategy – when done properly, it creates options for owners to transition on their own timeline and terms, while harvesting the full measure of the wealth they’ve created along the way.


Eric is a husband and father of 4 children. He has been a youth athletic coach and volunteered at his church in various leadership and teaching positions. Eric plays bass, guitar and sings in a local cover band. He has also served as an Executor and Trustee and enjoys being able to bring all of his experience, professionally and personally, to his clients.
